  • Why Pre-Order?
    Our end-goal is to cut down waste by only producing as much as customers purchase. This means less studio waste of products, less studio inventory and the aim is to feel as if every item sold is specially prepared by the chef for you! Here at Flesh, we focus on the aspect of pre - order in our shop. Every month you will have the chance to browse our menu, check our products and make an order. Once a month: 1st day of a new month we will make the arrangements to facilitate production based on pre-orders.
  • How long does Pre-order take?
    Depending on the garment, production starts 1st of every month. In our WEBCHOP we carry different items that require different production times, most production facilities we use normally produce our small orders in 7-10 working days, and ship to our studio in Oslo as soon as possible. On average a product can take 14 days to produce.
  • Where do you produce?
    We have several different factory partners and production facilities we use when crafting our products. We produce several products in factories/ located in Hong Kong ( China ), Zhejiang (China), Manchester ( UK), Stavanger ( Norway), London (UK), and Eindhoven (Netherlands). Look further into "dish origin" on the Product Page and find more information regarding the origin and production. Items are also made in our studio in Oslo, Norway, using fabric manufactured in London and/or Berlin.
  • Having problems making a purchase?

  • Can I add products to my order?
    Yes, no problem. Note that production time and shipment may delay. Please get in contact via info@fleshofficial.com.
  • Delivery Options
    Norwegian Orders : Studio Pick-up - Free Standard delivery shipping cost is 79 NOK, large shipment is 149 NOK. We use Posten & Pakkepost depending on postal code, and size of package. Standard tracking included. Please note : During high season delivery might take a little longer. International Orders : Standard delivery shipping cost is 35 EURO using National Mail Service ( Posten / Bring ), using standard tracking, time of arrival depends on country and size of package. Please note these Delivery Restrictions : We do not ship to Russia.
  • Track your Flesh Order
    We will send a tracking code when the package has been sent, you will be able to find this link online in your Flesh website account. International orders - check your tracking code using parcelapp.com online.
  • Why are the sizes different?
    We use several production facilities, and all carry different size measurements in their product range. We will gladly help you find your size via email at info@fleshofficial.com or our Chat Box feature. Let's get in contact!
  • Can I return my order?
    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, size and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. ​ We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. ​ We are not able to take returns unless you receive a different item than ordered. All of our products are made after payment is received, we make it especially for you.   • Can I exchange my order?
    Exchange of products are not a basic practise in our business. Orders at Flesh are made custom after a purchase is made, and exchange of item is therefore decided case-by-case, based on the overall production time & cost of item. If the product can be exchanged is based on Shipping and potential customs duties are covered by the customer, and should be packed safely to ensure no damage of the goods. They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel. In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn and accompanied by all of its accessories. ​ There is no replacement if pieces are broken after use.
  • Can I get a refund?
    We do not accept returns in exchange for a refund. Once we have shipped the order and have provided the customer with tracking information, we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit, missed deliveries or undeliverable adresses.
